Job Requirements: Must have minimum 1 year call center experience as a customer service representative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Quick learner Hardworking, flexible, and dependable Must have experience with high call volumes Able to type 35 wpm Hours are M-F 8am - 10pm, and must be flexible to overtime. Job Requirements: Must have call center experience as a help desk/technical support representative Excellent communication skills Terminal deployment a plus Troubleshooting Strong organizational skills required Ability to work independently Must have experience with high call volumes Tech.
